We were exceptionally lucky that Ann was able to spend this extended time with us as not only was Alexander looked after superlatively over these weeks, but we also felt that some of Ann’s gently expressed expertise and lengthy diverse experience rubbed off on us and has left us more capable and more confident parents too. As new parents we felt immediately reassured by Ann’s arrival and comforted by her calm, competent and gentle manner. Ann quickly added her reassuring un prescriptive and kind approach to Alexander’s care, unobtrusive, but unwavering. She was always a step ahead

‘Our child’ loves it when Ann arrives and always gives her a big smile; our three year old also thinks the world of Ann and gives her a big hug every evening. Ann has an excellent manor when dealing with either of the children.
Ann brings with her a wealth of experience and an air of calm, which has been invaluable. Ann has fitted into the family very easily and is very discrete in the evenings. We will be very sorry to see Ann leave and will all miss her very much and would therefore recommend her very highly.

I had suffered post natal depression with my first son and consequently knew I would need more support in the post natal period. Ann has proved to be everything I hoped she would be and more. Her greatest gift is her positive outlook which is truly inspirational. Beneath Ann’s quiet demeanor lies a bubbly personality and she has been able to make me laugh on even my darkest days. Ann established an instant rapport with Sam instinctively knowing what he needed (baby whisperers do exist !) and she has taught me how to do the same.
